General Terms and Conditions of AML Limousine GmbH
All our services are fully subject to these terms and conditions, unless modified or supplemented by written agreements.
Offers
Our offers are limited in time, either in accordance with the statutory regulations or according to the particulars in the offers themselves. Our offers are confidential and may only be disclosed to those who process our offers.
Prices and orders
All prices on price lists and brochures are not binding, the prices in our offers binding.
The acceptance and execution of bookings may be made conditional upon the creditworthiness or advance payment being secured. When canceling orders, the customer will be charged for the costs of our operations in accordance with our cancellation policy. These are as follows:
• Up to 24 hours before order start: No charge
• 24 – 2 hours before order start: 50%
• 2 hours before order start or no show: 100%
Liability
AML Limousine GmbH assumes no liability for delays caused by a force of nature, congestion, breakdown, incorrect pickup or destination information or any situation beyond our control.
Payment terms
Payment must be made either by credit card or by cash.
Jurisdiction
For any disputes, only the Swiss law is applicable. Jurisdiction is Basel.
Our company will always strive to resolve any differences with their customers amicably and by mutual agreement.
